Salon Policy
Before Your Visit
- We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- We accept cash and debit cards. Payment is due at the end of the service.
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to make it right.
- In the case of a defect (e.g., gel polish chipping within a week), we will offer a complimentary fix within 7 days of the initial service.
- We take health and hygiene very seriously. All tools are sterilized between clients, and disposable items are used whenever possible.
- If you have any open wounds, fungal infections, or contagious skin conditions, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.
- Special promotions or discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
- We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and relaxing environment for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will result in refusal of service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate conduct.
- We love to showcase our work! We may take photos of your nails for our social media, but we will always ask for your consent before doing so. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please inform your technician.
